Promotional film for the boat Amélia, shot on a journey between the city of Porto and the repair yard in Póvoa de Varzim. The camera follows the gesture of leaving: the hand that starts the engine, the bow cutting through water, the marina fading behind as the boat crosses the Douro bar out into open sea. A film about what makes a boat more than just a vessel: memory, freedom, and the stories that only begin once you leave the harbor.
